Utah ASTA President

The American String Teachers Association is a membership of string students, public school teachers, university faculty, artist performers, composers, conductors, string industry representatives, and string enthusiasts. All are committed to advancing the future of string education by promoting excellence in teaching and performance in our state, our country and throughout the world. Our organization provides training which helps members develop and refine their skills at any playing level and at any point in their careers. Utah ASTA offers services, clinics, workshops, competitions, performance opportunities, grants and networking and peer support for every member. We passionately believe that music adds something unique to our quality of life. We all work together to share that love with those with whom we come in contact; our family, friends, students, communities, state, nation and beyond.
