    This year we will also have the UT ASTA Solo Competition with the final round happening at the Noorda Center. Please encourage your students to enter.

  • Midwinter Workshop / Luncheon

    A great opportunity for masterclasses, performances, sessionsa nd networking! This year’s event features performances from 2026 Solo Competition Winners.

    SPECIAL DISCOUNT ($5 off!) if you register for both the Midwinter Workshop(February 5, 2026 at 4 pm in Utah Tech University) and Annual ASTA Luncheon (Feb 6 at 11:30am in Pasta Factory, St. George).

    Collegiate (undergraduate students)

    Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass, Classical Guitar, and Harp

    Preliminary Video & Application Due by October 3, 2026

    Entry Fee: $35

    Preliminary Round results will be announced by October 18, 2026.

    Final Round on October 24, 2026 at Utah Valley University

    Final round is open to the public!

  • Utah ASTA Junior High Orchestra Festival

    9:00am - 4:00pm

    Give your ensemble the opportunity to perform on the beautiful Daines Concert Hall stage and receive feedback from expert adjudicators as well as an on-stage clinic.
